Patrick J. Hurley spent
14 years as an Internal Revenue Agent with the IRS and has been in practice
for himself since 1985. His
field of specialization is in the area of Horse Income Taxes; in the preparation
of individual and business income tax returns and the representation of individuals
before the Internal Revenue Service, Franchise Tax Board and the State Board of Equalization for all audits and correspondence. His
office has over 700 clients in various segments of the horse industry that are
involved with thoroughbreds, quarter horses, show horses and all other various
horse breeds as owners, trainers, breeders, farms, jockeys, gamblers, handicappers,
track officials and various individuals in horse organizations. His clients cover
40 states and 5 foreign countries. Mr.

has a bachelor's degree in Business Science from Franklin University in Columbus,
Ohio (1969) and two Masters Degrees in Financial Management and Information Systems

and speaks before various groups of individuals involved with the horse industry.

Married to "Charlotte"
for 30 years, they have two sons, Brian and David. Together, they have a 20 acre
ranch in Medford, Oregon where they raise thoroughbred horses. They currently
have 6 broodmares along with 2 yearlings and weanlings. Charlotte has a Western
Pleasure Quarter Horse that she rides in various shows.
